Song produced and mixed by James Megee at Wise Buddah Studios, London
lyrics
Evil multi-nation cut-throat corporations
Pretending they're not evil using twee ukulele songs
McDonald's and HSBC and carbon-burning energy companies
Convincing you that they're not cunts using twee ukulele songs
It doesn't matter what they sell, it could be a ticket straight to hell
As long as the advert's twee as fuck, with a hipster girl in a vintage frock
Or an animation of something cute, we'll overlook the obvious truth:
That you're evil and corrupt and you're raping the Earth for profit
You perpetuate the ongoing wholesale destruction of
Millions of innocent lives every day
You've fucked the climate
You hold the poor to ransom
Yours is a war against basic human dignity
But that's okay if the advert's got
A fucking ukulele

I could write sentimental stuff about a funeral I remember where this song was played and stuff but the song touched my heart before and afterwards, so I think itâs the song⌠;-) muckel78

So, here's my thing about this amazing thing. I've listened to every single thing of Amanda's that I could since 2008. So when I say I failed with this album, you'll understand how big that is. When this came out, I thought I'd get around to it later because I knew a bunch of the tracks on it already. I never got around to it. Now, I've heard it, and I'm broken. In the best way. I lost a dear friend this year, and I'm never going to get over it, but this album helps so much. Thank you, Amanda. Delenn
